Yoni massage is a de-armouring practice: gentle, pressure-point touch in and around the pelvic bowl, including (if it’s right for you) internally within the vagina, to relieve tension and tend to what is stored there.
This is trauma-informed internal bodywork, not a sexual service.
The touch is ceremonial and consent-led throughout, never sexual in intention or practice.

What does Devotion entail?
Devotion is an experience designed to unlock the vast supply of energy and potential in you.
Such potential energy may be stored in your body in the form of old stories, numbness and muted sensation which is ready to be moved on.
Together, we welcome all of it with compassion and understanding.
During the Session
We begin with consultation and intention setting, open our ceremony, move through settling exercises (such as guided meditation or somatic grounding) and then to bodywork when you are ready.
Our session includes two hours of devotional touch and ritual in the form of tantric massage and bodywork, with the option of internal bodywork. This unhurried, unrushed touch nourishes your whole body and re-wires you for increased bliss.
This full body tantric de-armouring massage helps you to melt into ease and connect with yourself.
If it feels right, I will move toward external touch of your vulva, and internal touch if there is a strong 'yes' from your body to receive this level of intimate care.
There is never any pressure for yoni work.
In fact, claiming your sacred 'no' can be just as powerful.
Internal bodywork or yoni massage is designed to help you connect with the innate power in your pelvic bowl.
Gentle pressure point massage addresses the physical sensations and energetic blocks that impede or otherwise limit your pleasure, power and/or sensation.

Why Credentials Matter
Internal bodywork is highly intimate, and this part of your body is precious. I believe that, alongside skilful touch, your emotions deserve to be held with skill and therapeutic depth.
I bring ten distinct trainings to this work, including three levels of Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) so any grief, shame or pleasure that may arise is met with both steadiness and skill.
Consent & Care
The touch is trauma-informed, boundaried and entirely led by your consent and comfort at every stage.
I use verbal consent and non-verbal cues to signal consent throughout the entirety of the session.
We can pause or stop at any time: this is your time, your session, and your body.
Your agency, choice and control are all sacred and vital in this space.
In touching such an intimate part of you, I recognise the experiences your yoni may have had in the past where your agency, choice and control have been silenced or denied.
Your grief is welcome, and so is your power.
I bring in my expertise in Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) to hold the vulnerable parts that may come up in the ceremony, and we remain in dialogue about what is coming up for you.
Together, we witness the glory, the shame, the pain and whatever else is present.
Should your nervous system feel activated at any point, you are in safe hands with a practitioner who understands.

This work is not sexual in nature, rather it seeks to create the conditions needed to increase your capacity for the sensual and erotic outside of our ritual by:
Easing and tending to physical sensations such as numbness, tension and tightness
Creating safety so that you are capable of holding (and importantly, enjoying) greater currents of arousal, sensation and pleasure
Exploration of what stands in the way between you and deeper eros
Bathing your desires in acceptance and neutralising shame
Calling in mythic frameworks as well as higher powers that will assist in your journey — if desired

Price & Sliding Scale
Devotion is offered on a sliding scale of £220/£320/£420. This includes:
A 3hr ceremony with full body tantric massage and optional yoni massage
A 45 minute exploration call prior to our session
An integration/aftercare call after our session together
Please choose a tier that reflects your means; it should not be a stretch that creates hardship.
The lowest tier is for those with no or minimal disposable income.
The middle tier is for those with disposable income each month and are not experiencing financial insecurity.
The top tier is for those with considerable financial overflow.
If this pricing feels out of reach for you, please contact me and we can discuss an energetic exchange. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Suitability
Sometimes, yoni massage is not the right service; or it may not be the right time for you.
If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis or in the very early stages of trauma processing, bodywork at this depth could overwhelm rather than resource.
Similarly, if this is your first exploration of therapy and somatic work, I would recommend self-practice of embodiment work prior.
If you are expecting a sexual service this is not the right service for you.
Those who have had recent surgery to the pelvic bowl or are pregnant, please book once your body is ready.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the yoni massage compulsory? The internal bodywork is not compulsory. It is a possibility which you can say yes to, and change your mind about — at any time before/during our session.
Q: Can I experience Devotion while I am menstruating? Yes, absolutely! I consider menstrual blood to be sacred, so please know that if you wish to receive a yoni massage while you're bleeding I would be honoured to hold you. Just let me know during our pre-session call.
Q: I'm queer. Is this a safe space for me? Absolutely. A Metaphoric Body is queer owned, and queer run. Devotion is currently available to women and people with vulvas regardless of how they identify. The container is safe and welcoming to those who are cisgender or transgender. However, I am not able to serve penis-bodied humans at this moment in time but am exploring ways this work can be shared with those who have that anatomy.
Q: What does 'somatic' mean? Somatic means to centre the body in healing processes. (Soma is Greek for 'body.') Western culture tends to focus more on the mind through, for example, talking therapies whereas somatics guides people into the body to cultivate wholeness.
